Fine Line Instrument Newsletter Spring 2013

Fine Line Instrument Newsletter Spring 2013

Q2 2013 Newsletter

After a relatively mild winter in the Northwest, spring has definitely sprung.  The sun is again visible and the pervasive winter cloud layers have been replaced by forecasts that include the word “partly.”  Flowers are almost blooming, trees are budding and the Mariners are set to embark on another season of mediocrity.  Gotta love spring!

We also enjoy the annual spring visits from our manufacturer regional managers, many of whom have wisely avoided the cool, wet winter up here and are now ready to come and help us sell.  We are fortunate to have an excellent group of regional managers helping us and they always bring something to the table…..usually lots of things!   They also keep us salesmen fully up to speed on current products, shipping schedules and the like and they are very good at reminding us to sell their products….the squeaky wheel principal.  No problem there!

Our newest salesman, Erick Kruse in Oregon, has been to several product trainings, is quite knowledgeable of all of our product lines and is rapidly growing sales.  Scott Strack in Spokane is likewise up to speed on our products and, like Erick, is eager to help customers improve their plant processes.  Rob Clemons, our “salty dog” continues to work his magic in the Puget Sound area as he has for the past 9 years.   And Brian Webb keeps the Fine Line train moving forward from inside the Redmond office.

We look forward to working with our loyal customer base and we are excited to help new customers too.   If you haven’t worked with us before, give us a try.  Unlike the M’s, we don’t put up with mediocrity.
