Fine Line Instrument Newsletter Spring 2010
After an amazingly nice and mild winter, thanks to El Nino, we have moved into Spring, which is not so nice and mild. March came in like a lamb and is going out like a lion with an attitude!! At least we are getting some much needed snow in the mountains.
The first quarter of 2010 has been decent for Fine Line and we are expecting more of the same for Q2. Though not as robust as last year, business activity is good and the national economic recovery seems to be kicking in. That means recovery will hit the Northwest later this year and into next, as we tend to lag the rest of the country.
The Northwest has attracted, over the years, a good mix of industries and markets and Fine Line is proud to be able to serve most all of the disparate markets that are here. Our excellent mix of product offerings fits the many needs of our customers, while our suppliers are constantly evolving new products to serve our existing customer base as well as new, emerging markets.
All in all we feel optimistic for the future and our sales team is ready to help with any and all of our customers’ challenges.
Congratulations to the Washington Huskies, who turned around their basketball season just in time to make a nice run in the NCAA tournament. A new baseball season awaits us and the MLS is officially underway. Go Mariners! Go Sounders!!
