Fine Line Instrument Newsletter Spring 2012
Newsletter, Q2, 2012
We got through winter relatively unscathed, though above normal rainfall and that lovely 14” of snow in January were a tad bothersome. A glance at the weather map reveals warm, sunny weather throughout the rest of the country, which makes one rethink the decision to be living in this terrarium like world known as the Northwest. But then a few warm and sunny days arrive and the decision is affirmed. In another month, the flowers will be overwhelming the senses. Spring is fantastic!!
The change in seasons also brought a change to Fine Line’s sales force, as Matt Browne decided to try another field. We wish him nothing but success and thank him for his efforts in Oregon. The good news is that he is replaced by Erick Kruse, who is already out helping customers solve controls issues. Erick is well experienced in industrial sales in the Northwest, having worked with Peterson Company during the past couple of years. Please welcome Erick when he arrives with an offer of help for your instrument, pumping and analytical needs.
The other “new guy”, Scott Strack, is firmly entrenched in eastern Washington, eastern Oregon and Idaho and is kicking butt!! When Scott and Erick are not attending factory training classes, they will be ready, willing and able to help customers with flow, level, analytical and pump issues. Meanwhile, Rob Clemons continues to be “the main man” in Western Washington, helping his customers with instrument needs from Blaine to Chehalis. He is a man in motion, but he always stays around long enough to get the job done.
Finally, the guy behind the scenes, pulling the knobs and pushing the buttons, is Brian Webb. He is the guy who makes it all happen. All of us at Fine Line Instrument want thank our fantastic customers for a great first quarter in 2012 and we look forward to enjoying even more success the rest of this year. And, by the way, that is way more than can be said of the Seattle Mariners!!
