We welcomed in summer this year after a cool, wet spring (for the second year in a row). The weather geeks tell us that La Nina has left the premises and that we are to experience more normal weather….let’s hope so.
Fine Line enjoyed a strong spring quarter and we are anticipating more of the same for the summer quarter. Our customers are keeping us busy and I trust we are keeping them happy. As long as our suppliers can keep on cranking out quality products, in a timely manner, we should be good. Our newest supplier is Enardo, an excellent group of Tulsans, who make high quality vapor control products for tanks as well as flame arrestors. Enardo is a great fit with our existing lines and we are very pleased to have them. I am also excited to report that Scott Strack is our new sales representative, covering eastern Washington, eastern Oregon and Idaho. Scott joined the team on May 31 and is up and running with energy and enthusiasm. Please welcome Scott when you see him and, customers, feel free to shower him with orders!!
The Mariners stayed in the race until July 5 this year, which is a lot better than expected and way better than last year. However, I should have seen the brick wall coming in the form of the LA Angels and Texas Rangers. If anyone out there can hit a baseball, please contact the Mariner front office.
